Wi-Fi is free throughout, though guests must request a new password daily. Some rooms at the front of the property get street noise, especially on weekends, and some may find the decor a bit stark. There is a meeting space for up to 30 people and a desktop computer and printer for guest use. Parking is free in the on-site garage.

The most impressive feature is the large spa center with saunas and several pools, including a small pebble-bottomed pool, a cold-water well, and a hot tub. The hotel also has a meeting room, breakfast buffet area, a small cafe with a bar, and a small fitness center.

The Saray Hotel is in a convenient location for business travelers, next to the Exhibition and Congress Center of Granada. The 213-room upscale chain property has beautiful landscaping with ornate fountains and spacious, renovated common areas inside. One hotel highlight is the big outdoor seasonal pool with fountains and a terrace bar. Rooms are modern and chic with flat-screen TVs and minibars, though the smaller rooms can be tight. Decor throughout was inspired by the intricate tile work of the Alhambra.
