The Hotel
The 41 Hotel is a member of the Red Carnation Group, a collection of 17 family-run luxury boutiques. Once guests enter the wooden doors, the black-and-white decor scheme is prevalent in the diamond checkered floors, tufted leather chairs, and striped wallpaper in the hallways. The rich mahogany walls and antique furnishings add to the sophisticated and elegant vibe.
Service
When guests have made their way to check-in, located in the residents-only Executive Lounge, they’re given free champagne and are introduced to their personal butler. With staff that outnumber guests two to one, the pampering and level of comfort is extraordinary.
King Room
There are 30 rooms and suites at 41 Hotel, none of which are completely alike. But one commonality is that every room has a black-and-white color scheme, a table and plush chairs, a work desk filled with everything from paper clips to scissors, and luxe amenities in the closet, like slippers and a shoe brush. There’s also a pillow menu, comprehensive duvet menu, flat-screen TV, and a stocked minibar. Some rooms have a fireplace.
King Room Bathroom
Sleek marble bathrooms have both bathtubs and walk-in glass showers, as well as soft bathrobes, slippers, and Penhaligon toiletries. Some suites have jetted tubs.

In the Executive Lounge, guests have access to snacks and treats throughout the day and night; everything from quiches, ice cream, and fresh fruit are on hand. Afternoon tea with freshly baked scones and evening canapés are also served daily. Additionally, guests have free access to the many dining and lounge options at the sister hotel next door, the Rubens — which include a leopard-themed champagne bar and a safari-chic restaurant.
