The lobby is a sprawling space that's a flurry of escalators and guest check-in activity. Though generic decor-wise, it's got a dizzying, futuristic feel due to the cavernous space towering above formed by interior hallways stacking up to the atrium roof. Glass elevators shuttle up to rooms, though they can be slow. The hotel's handful of dining venues and bars are sleek and contemporary, with a character-less kind of style that's typically chainlike. They're clean and pleasant though.

The property attracts a varied clientele, including tourists visiting the city, families with kids, business travelers, and large groups, plus it's a popular venue for meetings and events. It does a good job catering to a varied group, but it's a large chain hotel with an impersonal vibe that won't suit all.
