The heavy traffic and poorly maintained roads make walking into town slightly difficult, so many guests opt to take taxis to and from the hotel. The hotel has its own convenience store, but for more than just the essentials, Sunset Point Shopping Center is less than a five-minute walk away and contains a grocery store, fast food restaurants, ATMs, and a money changer. There are also a few restaurants directly across the street from the hotel, like Warung Babi Guling Pak Malen -- a popular local restaurant serving roasted suckling pig, a traditional Balinese speciality.

Seminyak's Eat Street (or Laksmana Street) is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and features a huge selection of dining options, boutique shops, and a sophisticated nightlife scene. The long white-sand Seminyak Beach is located less than a 15-minute drive away. The waves break over a soft sand bottom, and are well suited to novice surfers. Plenty of beach vendors offer board rentals and surf lessons along the beach. This stretch of coast features some popular sunset venues, including the laidback, boho chic style at La Plancha Beach Bar, and Chez Gado Gado, a well established fine dining restaurant. Both restaurants feature unobstructed ocean views and beachside seating.

All room types have similar layouts and decor, though higher category rooms have more space and features. Rooms feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light and airflow. Interiors have clean modern stylings with plain white walls, dark gray curtains, and sleek dark brown wood veneer trim and furniture. The plain white walls are contrasted by large bright pink colored photographs behind the beds, which match the throw pillows. Rooms range from 72 to 85 square feet (22- to 26 square meters). Amenities include air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, work desks and chairs, safes, free Wi-Fi, and free mineral water. Though only Deluxe Rooms are equipped with coffee- and tea-making facilities and mini-fridges. Deluxe Rooms also feature comfy upholstered couches. The Family Rooms contain one double bed and one single bed. Rooms only have minimal storage space, with just one tiny shelf to store luggage on and a small hanging rack above. Bathrooms are cramped, though well maintained and feature vanities with large mirrors, soap dispensers, and glass shower stalls. Light sleepers should request rooms in the back part of the hotel, furthest from the road, as the traffic noise can be a problem.

Breakfast is served in a buffet format, with a decent selection of both Asian and Western dishes. Most room rates aren't inclusive of breakfast, which adds an additional cost. The hotel also features a small modern spa, though it's fairly basic and only contains a couple of small treatment rooms. Other facilities include two spacious meeting rooms, plus a Circle K convenience store. On-site parking is available and Wi-Fi is free throughout.
