The three outdoor pools, several on-site restaurants, bars, and kids' club are a plus for families and leisure travelers. Scene

Fun and elegant chain hotel with an eclectic collection of decor

Four Points by Sheraton Bali is an elegant chain hotel with a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Both the interiors and exteriors of the hotel are exquisitely put together, with an eclectic collection of decor combined with beautiful greenery and use of natural lighting. There's something to catch your eye in every corner of the lobby: wooden crocodiles sitting on top of the stairs, a bookshelf with various themed decor pieces on each shelf, collection of hanging wooden lamp shades, mosaic tiles on the floor, driftwood tables, vintage suitcases, and colorful scatter cushions. The rest of the common areas throughout the hotel are just as fun and airy, from the quirky quotes on the wall in the breakfast area to the colorful chairs and tables at Wrapped and the lovely garden setting of The Best Brew. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, with guests ranging from couples and family travelers on vacation to a few business travelers making use of the business facilities.

Location

Central location, 10-minute walk to Kuta Beach

Located on a small hidden-away street just outside of Kuta's tourist-friendly Legian Street, Four Points by Sheraton Bali has an ideal location for visitors looking to explore the area. There are several markets, shops, restaurants, bars, and buzzing nightlife spots within walking distance from the hotel, and Kuta Beach is just 10 minutes away on foot. For those into shopping, Poppies Lane is a five-minute walk, Beachwalk Shopping Center is a 14-minute walk, and Discovery Mall is a 14-minute drive from the hotel. The Waterbom Bali water park is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus into the main Kuta area, as well as offers an airport transfer service for a fee. It's about a 20-minute drive to Denpasar International Airport (Ngurah Rai International Airport).

Rooms

Tasteful and clean rooms with a minimalist theme; some with pool access

The 185 rooms, including 22 suites, at Four Points by Sheraton Bali are clean, classic, and elegant. The rooms follow a minimalist theme throughout, with open spaces. The white and beige palette found in furniture, walls, linens, and curtains makes the room bright and airy. Decor is limited to handcrafted wooden lampshades and driftwood side tables; some rooms include brightly-colored art pieces on the walls which detract from the serene atmosphere created in the other rooms. All rooms feature air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, desks, safes, and free Wi-Fi -- minibars and kettles are missing. The rooms are built in a U-shape surrounding the central lagoon pool, and all rooms havie private balconies overlooking either the lagoon pool or junior pool. Deluxe Lagoon Access Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the lagoon. Bathrooms include a walk-in shower or a shower/tub combo, along with a hairdryer and house-brand toiletries.

Features

Wrapped serves a collection of sweet treats and gourmet snacks and drinks. Room service is available. The rooftop bar, Vertigo, has beautiful 270-degree panoramic views and offers casual tapas and exotic cocktails -- there's also a rooftop swimming pool with a swim-up bar. The lagoon pool on the ground floor can be accessed directly from selected rooms and has central islands with a few scattered sun loungers, as well as a hot tub in the middle.

There's a 24-hour fitness center with a limited selection of cardio and weight-training equipment. Jeeva Spa offers a range of beauty and relaxation treatments.
