HARRIS Hotel Raya Kuta Bali attracts business travelers and families alike and has a friendly, if a bit generic, atmosphere. The hotel's lobby is big, modern, and open, with off-white tile floors, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, and saffron-hued leather benches. HARRIS Café has dark-wood floors and light-wood furniture, with high ceilings that make the space feel larger than it is. There's also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, wooden artwork, and a huge koi pond. The bar area has black countertops, large windows, and an outdoor area with black wicker seating and fountains. At the H’Spa, tan tile, orange sheets, and floral artwork adorn the massage rooms. 

The HARRIS Hotel Raya Kuta Bali is located on one of the busiest roads in Bali, within a five-minute walk of Supernova Shopping Center and plenty of restaurants. The Bali Blast Monument, Kuta Square, Waterbom Park, and Discovery Shopping Mall are all within a five-minute drive. Kuta Beach, Legian Beach, and Ngurah Rai International Airport are a 10-minute drive while Seminyak Beach is 15 minutes from the hotel by car.

The hotel's 80 air-conditioned rooms are simple -- even a little generic -- with white walls matched to light wood headboards and reading lights. Light tile covers the floors, while contemporary Balinese art and orange cushions and matching tables add color. White leather daybeds provide seating and floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. All units come with mini-fridges, 32-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, free bottled water, coffeemakers, and slippers. Large Suites have living rooms with tan sofas as well as soaking tubs. Stylish bathrooms are dominated by neutral hues, with white countertops and sinks and lighted mirrors, and glass walk-in showers. Suites also have soaking tubs. While rooms are pleasant enough, traffic noise is an issue and light sleepers should request a room on a higher level. 

HARRIS Café serves both Western and Indonesian dishes, while the HARRIS Juice Bar has fresh juice and smoothies. A breakfast featuring local cuisine and a variety of pastries is also available, but it's only included in some room rates. There is 24-hour room service available. Facials, massages, and mani/pedis are available at the H’Spa, and while there is a fitness center, it only has cardio machines. There's also a small business center in the lobby and Wi-Fi is free throughout. There's also a bright and colorful children's play area -- Dino Kids Club -- with tropical murals, multicolored foam tiles and furniture, and a flat-screen TV. While there's no pool and only limited on-site parking spaces, the hotel does provide a free shuttle to the nearby beach.
