The Sanyas Suite Seminyak offers a relaxing retreat with its collection of private villas that all feature pools and a breezy open-air design surrounded by lush plants and greenery. Guests are greeted in a small and simple reception area, which is nothing more but a front desk and comfortable seating in an open-air space. Common areas are limited, but the point is privacy, which the villas deliver, providing ample outdoor and indoor space to lounge, sunbathe, or soak in beautiful jetted tubs. Though the property might not be as fresh and new as some of its neighbors, it offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The property is close to a busy road, however, so night noise from nearby bars and clubs might pose problems.

The hotel is located on a small road off of the fairly busy Petitenget street, with lots of hotels, restaurants, and some shops in the surrounding area. The nearest beach is about a five-minute drive, while Seminyak Beach is 15 minutes away and Legian Beach can be reached in 25 minutes. Shopping and restaurants of Seminyak Square are a six-minute drive from the property. The Ngurah Rai International Airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The spacious villas have an open-air design that fuses the outdoors with interior spaces, so that living rooms are surrounded by lush plants and greenery. Interiors are tastefully appointed in a modern Balinese style and earthy tones with wooden furnishings that include hardwood floors and large canopy beds. Gorgeous bathrooms are partially outdoors with large jetted tubs and walk-in rainfall showers. Bathrooms might pose privacy issues for some, however, as many do not have doors, including to the toilets. Spacious living rooms offer couches for seating and flat-screen TVs, as well as dining tables, and all units have kitchenettes with fridges, microwaves, two-burner stoves, cooking utensils, and tableware. Lovely outdoor areas are filled with lush plants and large, private pools, sun loungers, and outdoor showers. Travelers should note, however, that mosquitos might pose a problem, and night noise from nearby clubs and bars might also be an issue. Deluxe Suite Villas and larger Junior Suite Villas each have one bedroom, while Royal Suite Villas and Executive Suite Villas have two. 

There is no formal restaurant, but room service is available and a lovely breakfast is included in the rate and brought to villas at a requested time in the mornings. Additionally, a variety of massage treatments are available, including Balinese massages, stone massages, and reflexology. The hotel also organizes various activities, which are available with a fee, including cooking classes and cycling tours around the village and to nearby sites. The property hosts weddings in its wedding villa, with poolside cocktails and a dinner party. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, as is parking. The hotel provides a free shuttle into town and airport transportation with an additional fee.
