Spa interiors are Victorian inspired and each treatment room features a different color scheme and decor. De daun Restauant is understated and intimate, overlooking manicured lawns and tropical greenery from an open-air wooden pergola. All in all, with its high-level services like butlers, and the private villas, this property is best for couples seeking a little seclusion amid one of the island's busier areas.

The hotel's location is prime for downtown Legian, tucked down a quiet lane that helps minimize noise, though only a short walk from Legian's wild party scene. The largest and most buzzing nightclubs -- such as Eikon, Skygarden, and Vi Ai Pi -- are all less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There's also a large variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes along Legian Street. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from Kuta Beach and 15 minutes from Beachwalk Shopping Mall. Waterbom Park and Discovery Shopping Mall are both located around a 15- to 20-minute drive from the hotel. The airport takes 25 to 30 minutes to reach by car, but driving times can be longer during peak traffic hours.

Welcome massages are also offered to guests. The de daun restaurant is housed in a semi open-air pergola and is set along a picturesque tropical lawn, lined with flowering frangipani and tall palms. Its menu is international, though highlights Indonesian cuisine. Breakfast is included in most bookings and is served directly in the villas. In-villa dining services like romantic candle lit dinners and barbecues can also be arranged. A small library with a desktop computer for guests to use adjoins the restaurant. The free afternoon tea service with desserts, and the free area shuttles, are also nice perks. Both parking and Wi-Fi are free.
