The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in Saphan Sung, about a 15-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. There's not much immediately around the hotel -- and the location next to a highway isn't the most scenic -- but a local market and shopping areas are within a five-minute drive. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport 24/7, as well as to the Lad Krabang and Tub Chang stations. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes by train, and two golf courses are within a 15-minute drive. Those attempting to venture into Bangkok by taxi should expect drives to take up to an hour at rush hour, or 30 minutes at lower-traffic times.

The hotel is spread out in three different buildings with the two-story Home Zone in the center of the property. It houses the lobby, restaurant, and pantry. Rooms are in the other two three-story buildings called the Universe Zone and the Natural Zone, and they follow the themes. In the Universe Zone, rooms are named Sun, Moon, Star, Venus, and Mars. In the Natural Zone, they are Jungle, Garden, Park, Tarzan, and Jane. Sun Rooms are basic, with minimal decoration. Subtle striped wallpaper is used as an accent on one wall, and the others are white. The wood furniture is modern and clean-lined. Tiled bathrooms are small with no counter space, but they are sparkling clean and come with hairdryers and toiletries. Showers are open, with a wall between the shower and toilet (not always a given in Bangkok). 

Universe Rooms are next to the pool and courtyard garden, and some have nice views. Others look onto a less pleasant scene next door with dump trucks and old cars. The Moon Honeymoon Room is a bit more decorative, with geometric wallpaper and pale blue accent walls. Towels sculpted into swans and flower petals on the bed greet guests when they arrive. Family and Friends Rooms have four bunk beds with curtains for privacy, as well as two shower rooms, two toilets, and two sinks. 

Amenities in all rooms include large flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridges with free soft drinks plus snacks, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and electric kettles. One of the more thoughtful perks at this hotel -- and what sets it apart from so many airport hotels -- is its nighttime story service, in which a bedtime story is placed on the bed in the evening for guests to read. It's worth noting that some guests find the white noise from the nearby highway to be noticeable in some rooms.

There are a number of features to like at this hotel, all of which help make it so popular among past guests. The hotel's restaurant serves all meals, plus afternoon tea, and guests can dine inside, by the pool, or in the garden. The Thai dishes score high marks and guests are entitled to one free meal per day. The hotel also hosts cooking lessons so guests can learn to cook Thai food themselves. The blue-tiled outdoor pool is small but lovely, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and a wooden pool deck. Its twinkling lights are especially pretty after dark. Tables and chairs on the deck and in the grass are available for dining poolside, and there are a few wooden lounge chairs. Purple umbrellas add a nice splash of color. An internet corner in the lobby provides a computer and printer for guests to use, and massage services are available. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, and a free shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi Airport is also available. Cell phones are also available for guests. Additionally, the hotel has convenient day rates for those who only need a place to crash on a long layover.
