Stone archways frame the patios of the lower-level rooms at the Park Hotel Cliento and olive trees dot the lawns. The lobby is quite simple with little decor, excepting maps and tour information about the surrounding area. The restaurant, Al Vecchio Frantoio, is open to the public, and the gravel parking lot is shared by both restaurant and hotel guests. There’s a covered seating area with a handful of square tables surrounded by blue, white, and orange chairs, and a TV and a foosball table provide a little entertainment. There restaurant's terrace offers views of the surrounding hillsides.

Unlike other hotels in the area, the Park Hotel Cilento isn’t located directly on the water. It's a short walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center of town, where visitors can find shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel organizes boat tours to impressive sea caves and a secluded beach, leaving from Marina di Camerota to Cape Palinuro. Naples and its airport are a three-hour drive away.

Rooms have tile floors and basic modern decor including brown curtains and bedding. Furnishings are simple and comprise wooden desks and matching wardrobes, but some guests have complained of inadequate space to store clothing.  All rooms have mini-fridges and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. Ground-floor rooms have covered patios, and upstairs rooms have open balconies. Bathrooms come with slippers and have modern showers with rain showerheads and hydromassage functions. 

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a whirlpool and lounge chairs where guests can take in views of the countryside. The free breakfast receives rave reviews from guests and includes pastries, fruit, and Italian coffee. Lunch and dinner are also served in the restaurant, which has terrace dining with lovely views. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and free parking, though the lot can get crowded.
