Many of the guests at the seven-floor Bluegreen Daytona Seabreeze are time-share owners, and travelers can purchase units if they wish, but the staff typically isn’t too pushy with sales pitches. Arched architectural designs and a few palm trees add charm to the otherwise standard budget building, with a large uncovered parking lot in front. Outdoor hallways offer partial sea views, facing the parking lot. The resort has two modern elevators. Contemporary white leather furniture, blue paintings and wallpaper, and tile floors create a modern feeling in the lobby. 

Lounge areas feature white, sleek furniture, a flat-screen TV, and ocean views. Free coffee and tea is also available in the lobby. The heated pool, kids' pool, and hot tub are above the beach. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a wheelchair lift surround the pool deck. Movies by the pool, with features projected on a large screen, and ice cream socials hosted by the resort are a sweet perk. A grassy picnic area is packed with lounge chairs, patio furniture, propane barbecue grills, and tiki torches. Adirondack chairs circle a fire pit. A wooden staircase leads directly to the sand. The overall atmosphere is no-frills and relaxed. 

The hotel is surrounded by other resorts on South Atlantic Boulevard, facing the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach. There’s no on-site restaurant, but there are Italian restaurants and a cafe in the immediate area. A strip mall -- with a Denny’s, Red Lobster, Orange Julius, Senor Taco, and Subway -- is in walking distance. Publix Super Market is a one-minute drive and Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf is two minutes away. It’s a 20-minute drive to the Daytona International Speedway, and 10 minutes to the Jackie Robinson Ballpark. The Ponce De Leon Lighthouse is 10 minutes by car. The Daytona Beach International Airport is a 20-minute car trip.

One- and two-bedroom suites have pretty light blue walls, contemporary decor, dark wood furniture, white shutter details, white and brown faux leather furniture, and brown zebra striped carpeting. Suites feel like condos and all offer sea views from furnished balconies. There are living rooms with sofa sectionals and kitchens or kitchenettes that include refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, and two-burner stovetops. Bathrooms have hairdryers and shower/tub combos. All suites have flat-screen TVs, irons/ironing boards, ceiling fans, beach towels, and air-conditioning. Free popcorn is a nice touch. Two-bedroom suites offer one or two balconies, full kitchens, and one or two bathrooms. The Presidential Suite has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large terrace.

The hotel offers a small, clean gym that has large windows, modern cardio equipment, free weights, a flat-screen TV, a water cooler, a scale, and fresh towels. A business corner is in the lobby, with a computer and secretarial services available on request. There’s also a game room with arcades, foosball, and air hockey. On each floor there are laundry rooms with free self-serve machines and detergent. Cold drinks, snacks, beach provisions, souvenirs, and snacks are on sale in the small gift shop. Wi-Fi is free throughout.
