Built in 2011, TIME Grand Plaza Hotel has held onto its shiny look. The exterior of this low-rise building has the look of an apartment block rather than a hotel, but the interiors are decidedly hotel-like, with a minimalist marble-floored lobby with a wall of reception counters and a small seating area with a few cream and gray upholstered chairs and sofas. Most guests are traveling for business, but the hotel is also popular with leisure travelers, particularly those needing access to the nearby airport.

TIME Grand Plaza is situated on a busy road about a 10-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The area is well connected to public transit, with Dubai Airport Free Zone Metro Station walking distance away. There are a few shops, restaurants, and cafes in the neighborhood, but the hotel isn't close to any major tourist attractions.

A variety of room categories are available at TIME Grand Plaza Hotel, and both smoking and non-smoking rooms are on offer. Interiors feature a beige-and-brown color palette with wood floors, dark furniture, beige armchairs, and beige and brown pillows and bed runners. Table lamps provide mood lighting, and glass-top desks and ergonomic chairs provide a working space. Standard in-room amenities include air-conditioning, 32-inch flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, minibars, docking stations with speakers, free Wi-Fi, safes, and free drinking water. Bathrooms are generously sized and fitted with rectangular vessel sinks, shower/tub combos, and bidets. Luxury toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and magnifying mirrors are also provided. Junior and Executive Suites offer separate living areas and private balconies, plus free access to the Executive Lounge, where free snacks, tea, and coffee are available during limited hours.

TIME Grand Plaza Hotel offers plenty of features, including a swimming pool and a large whirlpool on the rooftop. Umbrella-shaded lounge chairs are set up on the deck. The spacious fitness center is open 24 hours and is well-equipped with cardio machines and weights. There's also a spa with a steam room and a sauna, plus a beauty salon. 

Breakfast is served buffet-style at Brio. The meal consists of a spread of hot and cold dishes, including made-to-order eggs. However, the meal's not included in room rates. Brio also serves buffets at lunch and dinner, with a variety of international dishes and several live cooking stations. The restaurant also offers weekly themed nights, with an Indian night, an Arabic night, and a seafood night. Family brunch is served on Fridays. Open throughout the day, the Courtyard Cafe serves coffee, tea, and pastries. The Splash Pool Lounge (on the rooftop, next to the pool) servs soft drinks, mocktails, and light meals. Access to the Executive Lounge is open only to guests staying in the Executive Rooms and Suites. Free snacks, tea, and coffee are available here during limited hours. Note that alcohol is not served anywhere in the hotel.

Three on-site meeting rooms are available for business and events at up to 100 guests. There's also a 24-hour business center and free hotel-wide Wi-Fi. Family-friendly facilities are limited, but there is a play room for kids. Other available services include car rental, laundry, dry cleaning, and free underground parking.
