The indoor pool area has a relaxing vibe; in addition to the large pool, there are two whirlpools and windows offering panoramic sea views. Restaurants are modern with minimal decor so as not to detract from the amazing view, and one of the bars has a large outdoor terrace for enjoying the sea breeze. Stone walls and trees provide a backdrop to the outdoor pools, and steps lead down to a rock beach where guests can jump into the sea for swimming or snorkeling. Overall this contemporary property is peaceful and luxe, and draws couples, families, and business guests. 

This cliffside hotel is located between the bay and a huge state park on Lapad Peninsula. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance on the promenade. However, guests will have to take a 10-minute car or bus ride to reach one of Dubrovnik's biggest draws, the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with preserved churches and fountains dating back to the 13th century. The Dubrovnik-Cilipi Airport is around a half-hour drive away. The location is full of sea views, and the property has a rock beach where swimming is possible, but no sandy shoreline. 

Rooms at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace are sleek with a modern white and gray color palette. Furniture is simple and sparse, creating a spacious and minimalistic effect, while light wood headboards look sharp against abstract black-and-gray panels behind the beds. Light tan carpets are contrasted by red or blue chairs with Scandinavian lines, and some rooms have couches set next to small coffee tables. All rooms have minibars, large, wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are especially modern and appealing, with stone tile floors and walls plus shower/tub combos, heated towel racks, and large vanities. Generous amenity kits in bathrooms include L’Occitane or other high-end toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are available. All rooms have balconies offering sea views, but guests recommend requesting higher floors for unobstructed views.

The main restaurant at the hotel, Elafiti, serves a excellent breakfast and dinner buffet; breakfast is included in some rates. There are additional bars and restaurants serving drinks and light fare on-site, and one bar has an outdoor terrace with lovely sea views. The hotel has two outdoor pools including a large pool with a swim-up bar that's surrounded by a small terrace, though guests have reported that the area can be busy. There’s also an indoor pool, small children’s pool, and an additional outdoor pool in the VIP wing. The hotel has a narrow fitness center with modern equipment and a spa with a steam room and Finnish sauna, plus a small rocky beach. There is a business center with four computers, and eight meeting rooms are available for private events. The hotel has a snorkeling and PADI diving center. There is also an art gallery on-site. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Private car services can be arranged, and the hotel can provide laundry, dry cleaning, and babysitting services. There are also gift shops on site and a dedicated concierge.
