Bottom Line

The 39-room Coyote Mountain Lodge provides affordably priced rooms with no frills to budget-conscious couples and families who can accept the outdated decor in exchange for a location close to downtown Estes Park. The property also has an outdoor hot tub and seasonal small pool. Guest rooms are traditional with Rocky Mountain views and slight modern touches like flat-screen TVs, though some furnishings are outdated. Two apartments, a cabin, and a vacation home are available as well. The nearby Best Western Plus Silver Saddle has more modern rooms for slightly higher prices.
