Housed in two buildings separated by the pool deck, the Ibiza Sun Apartments has a hip white and orange color palette throughout. LED lighting strategically placed makes common spaces feel modern without being too overdone. The orange backlit front desk is the most remarkable element in the lobby, which has a dark wall along the check-in area, and glass walls overlooking the grounds. A huge panel with holes of different sizes running down the center of the building adds some style to the otherwise plain white façade of this hotel, and the round motif, which is part of the property's logo, is echoed in the lobby, the hallways, and even in the restaurant, with orange back lights. The pool deck also subtly follows the corporate shape and colors, with two round plunge pools, a small orange whirlpool, and white loungers with orange pillows. This is a sleek property that attracts couples and groups of friends for its cool design and hip scene around the pool deck. 

This hotel is located in an ideal spot for those who want a good night's sleep after a long night of partying at the nearby famous clubs. It's a little away from the main strip, which makes it quiet and relaxing, but is also within easy walking distance of world-renowned nightlife and dining. Bora Bora is a five-minute walk away, and Space is just a little bit farther down the same street. Playa d’en Bossa’s beach -- which is one of the longest on Ibiza -- is located a couple of blocks from the property, a four-minute walk away, and Ushuaïa and Hard Rock Hotel (both famous nightlife hotspots) are each a 15-minute walk away, or five minutes by car. The airport can be reached in about seven minutes by car, and Ibiza Town in 10 minutes.

All 46 units at Ibiza Sun are spacious, bright apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes and living areas. Junior Suites are the standard rooms here, with one bedroom and a sofa bed for a third guest in the living room. Suites are double the size of Junior Suites, and with two bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom -- and can fit up to four guests. The design style is minimal and a touch dated, with all-white decor and small orange, black, and beige accents throughout. Smaller units have balconies with plastic patio furniture, and larger apartments have spacious terraces with loungers, awnings, and seating areas. Kitchenettes are equipped with microwaves, cooktops, sinks, mini-fridges, and coffeemakers, as well as all the utensils needed to make a full meal. Other in-room amenities include two flat-screen TVs per unit, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and safes. Most bathrooms are small but clean, with walk-in showers, a wide array of toiletries, and rainfall showerheads. 

The highlight of this hotel is its pool scene; an expansive deck is home to two small round pools, a tiny whirlpool, and dozens of white padded loungers for two. A few tables from the restaurant take up the rest of the space. There are also umbrellas and four-poster daybeds for added comfort. The only on-site eatery serves light bites for lunch, as well as tasty Thai cuisine. Those craving some pampering can book a treatment at the massage room, and guests looking to do some exercise can get a full workout at the on-site fitness center, housing cardio and strength-training machines in a bright space with floor-to-ceiling windows. There are a few parking spots that guests can reserve for a fee, but there's also free public parking a short walk from the property. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout, although there have been complaints of spotty service. Fully equipped meeting rooms are available on-site.
