The 112-room Aguas de Ibiza is a luxury pick a short walk from the beach in quiet Santa Eulalia. Big, contemporary rooms offer Bang & Olufsen plasma TVs, free Wi-Fi, and pillow menus, and some have sea views and standalone tubs on the terrace. Rooms are hip and modern, with flat-screen TVs, mood lighting, minibars and iPod docks, but not all units have balconies and some may find the glass-enclosed showers lacking in privacy.
