THB Los Molinos is an adult-only seafront hotel situated in a simple five-story brown building built in 1972. (Guest rooms were renovated in 2013, followed by the lobby and lobby bar in 2016.) Geared toward leisure travelers and couples, the hotel offers stunning sea views from the majority of its 168 rooms. 

The hotel's standout features are mostly outdoors. Beautifully manicured lawns are studded with tall palm trees, flowers, lush greenery, and a winding stone pathway. Two outdoor pools, including a large pool and a smaller splash pool, are surrounded by a tiled terrace with lounge chairs, luxurious canopy beds, and a pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Most guests can be seen lounging by the pool, though some head to the beach. The property attracts mainly couples seeking a quiet, child-free vacation.  

The seafront THB Los Molinos sits on a small, quiet street on the southern edge of Ibiza Town, away from the hustle and bustle of both the club and Old Town areas. A handful of restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk of the hotel, and small but sandy Figueretas Beach is about a seven-minute walk. Guests can walk to the heart of Ibiza's medieval Old Town in about 15 minutes. Playa d’en Bossa, home to some of Ibiza's most famous clubs (Ushuaïa, Bora Bora, and Space), is about a 10-minute drive. Ibiza Airport is a 10- to 15-minute drive from here, and while the hotel is on some planes' flight paths, most guests aren't bothered by the noise. Parking is available, but it costs an extra fee and guests say it's quite cramped.

The hotel offers Single, Double, and Executive Rooms, as well as Junior Suites. Having undergone refurbishments in 2013, guest rooms feature basic, clean decor in neutral colors. For example, a standard room has light wood floors, white furniture and walls, and blue upholstered chairs and accents. Except for a Junior Suite, all rooms have twin beds. Bathrooms tend to be roomy with white and beige tiling and large showers with glass walls. Seaview Rooms (120 of the hotel's 168 rooms facing the sea) feature inset balconies with tiled floors and small sitting areas -- the views can be quite spectacular. 

All rooms are air-conditioned and include desks, 37-inch flat-screen TVs, safes, and free Wi-Fi (but it gets mixed reviews). Rooms also have tea/coffee facilities and minibars. Bathrooms include magnifying mirrors, hairdryers, and free individual toiletries. Housekeeping comes daily. 

Los Molinos has a host of amenities aimed at relaxation. The outdoor areas are a real standout and include a small garden with palm trees and walking paths as well as a large terrace with a full-size pool and splash pool. The terrace is surrounded by palm trees and offers loungers and luxurious canopied beds. On the grass nearby, loungers can be arranged to face the sea. A pool bar serves drinks and snacks all day.

The hotel's wellness area offers a small heated indoor pool in a pretty mosaic-tiled room, a whirlpool, a sauna, and a fitness room. The fitness room is small and a bit sparse, though it includes a handful of modern cardio machines, weight-lifting equipment, kettle bells (but few free weights), and a punching bag. Massages are also available, but extensive spa services aren't offered.

The hotel also has a small indoor bar connected to the lobby lounge area. There's also a large restaurant with a window wall facing the sea and pool. A free buffet breakfast offers a lot of variety with hot and cold options like omelets, fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, etc. Some room plans may also include buffet dinners, but these get mixed reviews. Room service is available during limited hours. 

Four meeting rooms can be configured in various set-ups (theater-style, U-shape, etc.) or conjoined, and catering services are available. The front desk operates 24 hours and offers services like tour and ticket assistance, car rentals, on-site bike rentals, dry cleaning and laundry service, and luggage storage. Parking is available on-site, but it's cramped and costs an extra fee. Computers are available in the lobby for guest use, and the Wi-Fi is free, though guests occasionally complain of poor reception. The hotel has three meeting and event rooms.
