Marble floors are paired with wooden wall panelling, while contemporary sofas and armchairs offer seating across from the sleek marble reception counters. Wood prevails in the hotel's San: Qi restaurant, where floors, ceiling, and furniture are all a warm honey-colored hue. Walls of windows overlook palm tree tops. Elsewhere in the Cafe Prato & Bar, the abundance of wood is paired with rich red tones seen on chair upholstery and artwork. The spaces are stylish, yet some guests note that the property is tired and many of its public spaces, as well as the guest rooms, could use updates. Overall, it's a solid choice, attracting mainly business travelers as well as a mix of couples and families. 

The hotel is located in Mumbai's Worli District, a business and commercial area. The property is near a cemetery and within a 10-minute walk of a mall with lots of shops and some dining options. Nearby attractions include the Dhobi Ghat (five-minute drive or 23-minute walk), the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple (six-minute drive), the Haji Ali Dargah mosque and tomb (13-minute drive), Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (16-minute drive), and Girgaum Chowpatty Beach (18-minute drive).
