Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites is located on a busy street and about a mile from Walt Disney World. The five-floor building features architecture reminiscent of the New Orleans French Quarter. The front of the hotel is adorned with what looks like a large Mardi Gras mask. The somewhat dimly lit lobby is decorated with statues of jesters, two dark purple benches, and a large chandelier. Near the lobby is Perky’s Pizza, with a cafeteria line setup, several tables and chairs, and barely enough space to move between the tables. Also on the first floor are the business center, arcade, on-site laundry facilities, and fitness center.

Out in the courtyard are the hotel’s pool, hot tub, and children’s pool. These areas are large with plenty of room to stretch out. Near one of the pools is the hotel’s outdoor bar that offers a daily happy hour special. Plenty of seating is available at the bar, and there are large ceiling fans to keep guests cool as they sip their drinks.

Royale Parc Suites is located a little more than a mile from Walt Disney World parks. Sea World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure are all within a 30-minute drive from the hotel. There are several restaurants located within walking distance (about a five-minute jaunt), including, Logan's Restaurant, Denny's Flippers Pizzeria, and Baskin Robbins.

While many hotel rooms and suites can sleep a maximum of six guests, Royale Parc Suites breaks the mold by offering enough space for up to 10 guests in its two-bedroom suites. Though carpeting and tiling were updated in 2015, decor and furnishings are still tired. Both the One- and Two-Bedroom Suites come with either a king-size bed or multiple twin-size beds. Every suite features flat-screen TVs with premium channels and kitchenettes with mini-fridges, coffeemakers, tableware, dishwashers, double-burner stovetops, and microwaves. Unlike at other nearby properties, there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Family-friendly features include a spacious pool deck with a hot tub and a children’s pool, a playground, picnic area, and arcade. Freebies include a breakfast buffet in the morning, shuttles to local amusement parks, Wi-Fi, weekday newspaper, and self-parking. Perky’s Pizza and Cajun Quarter Restaurant serve lunch and dinner. Located by the pool, Frenchman’s Cove Pool Bar serves tropical drinks and light snacks. The hotel has a mini-market on-site as well, with snacks, microwave meals, and other items available for purchase.
