Saratoga Resort Villas is located in Kissimmee, just south of Orlando. The property features fountains and ponds, which are home to alligators and turtles. The swimming pool, which is small for the size of the resort, is surrounded by brick flooring and brown lounge chairs. There are also table and chair sets and a hot tub. This area is next to the Saratoga Grill and Bar, which is also quite small, with no beers on tap.

Located in the city of Kissimmee, just south of Orlando, the hotel is within driving distance of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Target is a five-minute walk away, as are Marshall’s and Panda Express. The grocery store Publix is within a 15-minute walk. The Orange County Convention Center and Orlando International Airport are a 20-minute drive away.

Throughout the property, guests stay at two-story town homes with bedrooms on the second floor and the kitchen and living area on the first. Pets are welcome for a fee; the hotel allows two per unit and each must weigh less than 80 pounds. Upstairs, the two- or three-bedroom units have beds with white linens and a matching red throw pillow, bed runner, and bed skirt. Floors are carpeted with geometric prints and windows have blackout curtains. Downstairs, the kitchen is full size with a four-burner stove, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a sink with granite countertops. Wooden cabinets are stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, and other necessities for cooking and eating. There is an attached living area with a four-person table and chair set. Bathrooms have standing showers and granite countertops.

The hotel, with its two-story townhouses surrounded by ponds in a relaxing atmosphere, is ideal for large groups. For dining at the hotel, the Saratoga Grill and Bar serves American fare. There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of shaded seating close to the restaurant. For the little ones, there is an outdoor play area and a game room. There's also a well-stocked laundry room with three washers and dryers; the hotel sells detergent and fabric softener, but it may be cheaper to purchase them from Target. In the fitness room are basic machines, such as a treadmill, bicycle, stepper, and pull-up weights.
