The Neya Lisboa Hotel is located in a quiet area outside Lisbon's city center next to the Hospital Dona Estefânia. There are small stores nearby, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. There are two metro lines within walking distance. The Bairro Alto nightlife district, where visitors can find wine and rooftop bars, is a 30-minute metro ride away. The shops and architecture of Rossio Square are a 10-minute bus ride, and the airport is a 22 minutes by bus from the hotel.

The modern rooms at the Neya Lisboa are clean and mostly white with plum curtains and pillows.
