The Best Western's exteriors are majestic by chain hotel standards, with large white columns and brick along with potted plants. Inside, the modern lobby is adorned in gray tile, with big windows and brown armchairs. The breakfast room has blonde-wood tables and brown leather chairs, with gray tile floors and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The hotel is popular with business guests, and has a more upscale look and feel than the average Best Western. 

The Best Western The Boltons is on a quiet residential street off the main road, with Earl’s Court Station a five-minute walk away. There's a Tesco Superstore and plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk, while the Linley Sambourne House, Holland Park, the Olympia Conference and Exhibition Centre, and Kensington Palace are all around a five-minute taxi ride. The London Science Museum, Stamford Bridge Stadium, the London Natural History Museum, and Royal Albert Hall are also within five minutes by car, while Heathrow Airport is 20 minutes from the hotel.

A variety of room types -- from Singles to Family Rooms -- are available, and all are awash in brown hues, from the generic artwork to the armchairs. Flat-screen TVs hang on the walls while coffeemakers and iPod docks sit on wooden furniture. Some rooms have slippers, bathrobes, and Nespresso coffeemakers. Some past guests have complained of weak air-conditioning. Contemporary bathrooms offer light tile matched to white bowl sinks and tile showers, with heated towel racks available. Essentiel Elements and Sundari toiletries are provided, and bathrooms have either shower/tub combos or small walk-in showers. 

The Best Western's amenities are limited, though there is a free (but basic) hot and cold breakfast buffet, a business center with a computer, and basic concierge services. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
