All other facilities, including the hotel's restaurants, are also located in The Montcalm at the Brewery Hotel.

The apartments are located on a busy street, just across the road from the property’s sister hotel, The Montcalm at the Brewery Hotel. The location is convenient for business travelers who are working in the city as it’s right in the heart of the famous Square Mile where many major businesses have their head offices. The property is easily accessible by public transport at Moorgate and Barbican Underground stations, a five-minute walk from the hotel, as well as Old Street and Farringdon train stations, which are a 10-minute walk. The Barbican Centre, which hosts music concerts, theater performances, film screenings, and art exhibitions, is a two-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes 10 minutes to reach the Museum of London, or 15 minutes to reach St. Paul’s Cathedral, on foot. Opposite the property is the Jugged Hare -- a stylish gastropub serving modern British food, and a chic modern British restaurant. Within a couple of minutes' walk there are other places to dine too, from a Wagamama noodle bar, French brasserie Cote, and some independent trendy diners. There are plenty of stylish bars too, from chains like All Bar One to independent places where city workers gather at the end of the day. For grocery shopping, there's a Waitrose just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Heathrow Airport can be reached in 50 minutes by train and tube, or by taxi in around an hour depending on traffic.
