The 17-room Villa Paradiso is an exceptionally located boutique hotel within walking distance of many of South Beach's attractions, bars, restaurants, and shops. Charming rooms are functional and come with hardwood floors and fully-equipped kitchens, although some have small bathrooms. Amenities are limited, there is a courtyard area with comfortable seating and plants and the hotel offers concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and free beach
towels. However, there's no on-site parking and the lack of elevators may prove problematic for guests with compromised mobility.

A friendly, tropical boutique hotel with a quaint and comfy feel
With palm trees and shrubs outside and a predominantly yellow interior, the Villa Paradiso -- an apartment building-turned-hotel -- feels tropical and has a relaxing and welcoming
atmosphere. The lobby is small but quaint, and includes a white personal desk
with a green glass top and yellow walls. A modern mini-chandelier hangs from the
ceiling and speckled tan tile floors run throughout the common areas. Seating is limited, however, and there's only a brown wicker bench seat
with a blue striped pad. However, there's more space to lounge in the plant-filled outdoor courtyard area, which features white padded chairs and couches with tables and
white parasols.

Villa Paradiso is in the Art Deco
District of South Beach, in an area with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants. The beach is only two blocks away and Lincoln Road, Flamingo Park, Ocean Drive, the Bass Museum of
Art, and the Wolfsonian are within a 15-to 20-minute walk from the hotel. The Miami Beach Golf Club and the Miami
Beach Convention Center are a seven-minute drive away, while getting to Miami International
Airport takes 20 minutes.

Villa Paradiso features cozy Studios and One-Bedroom Suites, all with sunny yellow walls, beautiful hardwood floors, and soft tan couches. All units come with both ceiling fans and air-conditioning and feature flat-screen TVs, large windows, and white furniture. All rooms overlook the courtyard area, which keeps them insulated from outside noise.Dining areas have metal or white-wood tables and
chairs with black-and-white photo prints on the walls and gray tile floors.
Kitchens have tan countertops and come fully equipped with standard-size refrigerators, toasters, microwaves, and coffeemakers; however, counter space is limited. Bathrooms are modern and brightly lit (although some run small) and include white pedestal sinks and multicolored tile shower/tub combos with large showerheads. Hairdryers and Nourish brand toiletries are provided.
