Liberty Hotels Lykia may have a hotel that looks like a condo complex, but its amenities resemble Disney World, particularly as it relates to kids. The aqua park has nearly 20 waterslides and almost 10 pools. They call it a “children’s paradise,” and indeed, kids have their own beach, playground, water cannons, amphitheater, climbing nets, and restaurant. Programs and activities are geared to children at every age level. Individuals or couples without children, however, can enjoy the eight pool and quiet areas for adults (ages 16 and up) only. Adult guests can also use the nearby affiliate Sentido Hotel. To get around the resort's myriad of features, there are shuttles. It's certainly a haven for families, though its stunning views of the sea and waterfront terraces make it popular for wedding ceremonies as well.

The resort has a stunning setting along the sea in Oludeniz, although it's about a 10-minute drive to the center of town. The famous Blue Lagoon can be reached in about 10 minutes, and popular Billy's Beach or Sea Horse Beach Club can be reached in a few minutes more. The village of Hisaronu is also worth exploring -- it has restaurants, spas, and souvenir shops, all within a 20-minute drive. Farther away (30-minute drive) is Fethiye, a lovely seaside town offering cultural attractions such as its castle, ruins, amphitheater, and museum. The nearest international airport for guests arriving from other countries is Dalaman, which takes at least one hour and 15 minutes to get to. 

The resort has 645 rooms, with either garden or sea views. Most rooms sport the same modern decor, utilizing streamlined wood furniture, beige tile or wood floors, a soothing color palette, and bedding with patterns such as zigzag or hourglass. Sliding glass doors let in lots of natural light and some rooms have backlit furniture in colorful hues. Some rooms also have a mosaic trim around the tiled floor or artwork of galloping horses on the walls. Standard amenities include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, air conditioners, and heaters, as well as minibars with water and soda and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Closets have safes. 

All rooms have furnished balconies or terraces, either looking out at the sea or gardens. Well-sized bathrooms range from modern and outfitted in marble to more old-fashioned with terra-cotta flooring and granite sinks. All have showers, a variety of toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers. Standard rooms are 22 square meters (237 square feet), while Family Rooms come in at 43 square meters (463 square feet) and have a living room with two sofa beds. A room with a whirlpool on the balcony is also available. 

This megaresort features 19 pools, including eight adult-only pools, seven for children, and four heated pools for toddlers. The adult-only pools are typically designated as quiet areas, and some have gorgeous sea views. Aside from pools, the resort has a wide variety of sport or fitness activities, such as volleyball, archery, basketball, and yoga. For relaxation, there are the private beach and hammocks in green areas, plus a Turkish bath and spa in a garden with Buddhist-inspired ornaments and outdoor massage tables. Services receive positive reviews from guests, especially for the body scrubs. The hair salon, while not nearly as utilized, also receives positive reviews, often for their manicures or pedicures. There are several retail shops and a mini-market selling food and sundries. There is also a designated garden and greenhouse. 

The resort has a variety of restaurants. The all-inclusive one is called Marin, which serves a huge variety of quality food. Dining is alfresco, on two levels, with views of the sea. The other restaurants offer a la carte menus. The most notable one is the Blue Buddha, with a distinct brown and turquoise color palette, shown in the hanging lanterns and prints of buddha along the walls. The cuisine is Asian, and guests overwhelmingly rate the food as excellent. The place has views of the sea to boot. Other restaurants available with a la carte menus include a sushi and Italian eatery, among others. Many guests don’t mind paying out of pocket to enjoy the table service rather than the buffet lines. 

Just as there are choices of eating establishments, there are several drinking venues. The most striking interior is probably the Beer House, which has a rather interesting assortment of wood, ranging from the posts on the walls, the stumps used for the bar, and the driftwood utilized as shelves/bottle holders.
