A friendly and welcoming atmosphere emanates through this simple budget property housed in a peach-colored motel-style building with wrap-around balconies covering its two-story facade. Though the exterior of the structure looks dated, the small lobby area is a pleasant space with lavender walls and white panelling. Metal-and-wood tables and chairs are provided in a small seating area near the breakfast serving station, but common spaces are few, though the palm tree-dotted grounds include a lovely pool and picnic area.

The hotel is located in a quiet area off Highway I-4 with attractions such as Titanic the Experience, Pirate’s Dinner Adventure, Wet ‘n Wild, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and several restaurants less than a 10-minute walk away. Universal CityWalk, Universal Studios Orlando, and the Orange County Convention Center are a five-minute drive, while SeaWorld Orlando and Walt Disney World are 10 minutes from the hotel. Orlando International Airport is a 20-minute drive.

These no-frills rooms are clean and simply furnished with dark-wood furniture, patterned carpeting, brown bed runners, and peach accent walls. All rooms have work desks, small flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers, and mini-fridges. Although some bathrooms have red granite vanities, most are dated and dimly lit, with old white tile in the shower/tub combos or walk-in showers and small white sinks with no vanity space attached to the walls. Hairdryers and Eco toiletries are provided. Guests should note that some rooms get traffic noise.

The hotel has a large and clean U-shaped outdoor pool with a brick sun deck and white lounge chairs surrounding it. A picnic area with tables, palm trees, and plants resides next to the pool area. There's a free continental breakfast served daily that includes muffins, pastries, coffee, fruit, and juice. The business center is open 24-hours and provides copying and faxing services, and there are concierge services on-site as well. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. However, there's a mandatory daily resort fee for parking, in-room safes, and the shuttle transportation to theme parks.
