Clientele here are mainly tourists seeking a sunny vacation, and the variety of lodging means that couples, families, and groups are all catered to.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area that's home to a couple of other hotels. There's not much else in the area, though a couple of dining options and a grocery store are within a five- to 10-minute walk of the hotel. The property offers a free shuttle service to the nearest beach and Dream Beach Club, which is about five minutes away. Patong, a beach resort town famous for its nightlife, is around a 35-minute drive away. Phuket International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
