Constructed in 2012, this small white hotel sits in an enviable spot right by a rocky beach. A patio overlooking the beautiful water offers sophisticated, plush seating and large umbrellas. The inside lobby area, which also serves as the bar and breakfast room, is cozy, while still being bright and inviting with a generally neutral palette. The white bar has a strip of raw wood wrapped around the bottom and the furniture is white metal and glass. The common areas are decorated with colorful paintings by a local artist who uses recycled materials. It’s a casual, welcoming atmosphere ideal for relaxing during a beach vacation.

The hotel sits on a dead-end street right by the water, and it’s a few minutes’ walk to the center of Torre Lapillo, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. A coastal hamlet founded in the 16th century, Torre Lapillo holds the restored stone Tower of St. Thomas, one of the largest towers in the area, having been built to ward off coastal attacks. It’s a two-hour drive from Bari International Airport, while some of the main tourist towns in the region, such as Lecce and Gallipol, are up to 45 minutes away.

The guest rooms are spacious, bright, and simply but stylishly decorated. The furniture and headboards are made of raw wood and the beds sit in front of large wall rectangles in shades of gray. Bathroom walls are tiled in beautiful browns and grays and the spaces have stall showers with modern fixtures. Diamond rooms include private balconies with lovely views of the water, while Coral and Pearl rooms have small shaded outdoor seating areas. Keep in mind there's no major difference in ambiance and decor between the three categories. Amenities include flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, safes, and hairdryers.

The hotel’s small beach is equipped with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, with towels available upon request. Fresh fruit and beverages are available there as well, along with Internet access. Shoes are advisable for swimmers as the area is rocky. A free breakfast is served inside, where there's also a bar. Small pets are allowed, though not in the common areas. Bike and car rentals are available for a fee. Unattended private parking can be had close to the hotel, and airport and train station transfers are also offered. Shuttle service to other seaside resorts is available for an additional fee.
