Despite its location, it's relatively peaceful and family-focused, and is one of just a few places in the area where stag and hen parties are not allowed. Updated in 2015, all the apartments are clean and contemporary and open to balconies or terraces (leading to inevitable street noise in some). The lack of any real sea views, fairly small pool, and inconsistent food quality are the main flaws, though most enjoy the hotel's relaxed vibe and a kids' club helps keep the little ones occupied.
