Bottom Line

The 15-room Stay Inn is a simple boutique offering excellent value; its affordable rates and fabulous location, within walking distance of numerous sights such as the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon, mean that its books up quickly. There is no fitness center, spa, or restaurant (the in-room breakfast consists of little more than coffee and a packaged croissant), but rooms are sleek and contemporary, decorated in shades of white, black, and gray, and feature modern bathrooms, small flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The Stay Inn's nearby sister hotel, Condotti Palace, offers a comparable experience, so it's worth comparing prices.
