Belmond Casa de Sierra Nevada is a luxury property set in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende. The 37 rooms and suites are individually decorated and have some stunning original features, such as stone fireplaces and copper bath tubs. Modern conveniences include flat-screen TVs and DVD players in every room, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. There's also an excellent restaurant, a bar, a spa, and even a cooking school, plus an idyllic pool set in one of the courtyards. However, breakfast costs extra and some rooms are small.
