Inviting and clean, the lobby at the Loyal Inn is traditional and straightforward, with wide doors letting in natural light, patterned carpets, and pale yellow walls. The large wooden front desk is located right by the entrance, offering displays with plenty of local tour and travel information. A number of armchairs, tables, and sofas provide ample seating. Free coffee is available throughout the day. Well-marked hallways lead to the breakfast area, fitness and business centers, and guest rooms, and the large parking lot wraps around the building.

Located on a main road, right across from scenic Denny Park, the Loyal Inn offers a central, convenient location. The area is busy but safe, though it can be noisy at times. Guests are within walking distance to a number of Seattle’s most popular attractions, including the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, McCaw Hall, the Monorail, and Key Arena. Other attractions like Safeco Field, Pier 91, and the Woodland Park Zoo are only a few miles away and can be accessed easily by car or public transportation. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 25 miles south.

Travelers will find the clean, comfortable rooms. Spaces are decorated simply, with dark gray carpets, light wooden furniture, and stark white bedding. Standard rooms are available with one king bed or two double beds and include a microwave, refrigerator, small desk, coffeemaker, and safe. Deluxe units are also available and offer more space as well as a wet bar and sitting area. Past guests have complained about internal and external noises in the rooms. 

As a smaller budget property, the Loyal Inn doesn’t offer quite as many amenities and on-site features as other nearby hotels. However, all room rates include free Wi-Fi and a free continental breakfast, along with use of the coin-operated laundry facilities. A 24-hour business center is available with several computers and printers, and the 24-hour fitness center is fairly spacious and includes both cardio machines and free weights. The property has an indoor whirlpool. There’s plenty of on-site parking but a nightly fee is required.
