The hotel is housed in a modern 14-story building that provides direct access to Shibuya Station. The building is home to several other businesses, including restaurants and a medical center; the hotel's reception is situated on the fourth floor. Interiors are sleek and modern, with a look that balances between corporate and Zen-like. Gleaming tile floors are paired with dark wood details like slatted panels and furniture. An abundance of green plants sprouting, crawling, and hanging here and there saves the common spaces from feeling too cold, adding liveliness and color. The lobby offers comfortable lounging space, with tables and chairs accompanied by shelves stocked with magazines and books. Free coffee and tea is on hand for guests, and there's a business corner with computers, making this a convenient space. Windows overlook a wooden deck festooned with greenery, a nice touch amid the urban backdrop. Most guests are here for business, though the hotel also draws a few tourists due to the convenient location. 

Location is one of the prime highlights of the hotel, having direct access to Shibuya Station, one of Tokyo's busiest hubs that connects many lines. Shibuya is rife with shopping and dining options, and there are lots of choices and tourist attractions nearby. The famous Shibuya Crossing is an eight-minute walk away. Yoyogi Park is about 20 minutes away via public transit, and the Meiji Shrine takes about the same time. The metro is the easiest way to reach most top attractions, such as the Harajuku District (16 minutes away), the Roppongi District (25 minutes away), Tokyo Tower (35 minutes away), the Imperial Palace (36 minutes away), Tokyo Disneyland (46 minutes away), and the Sensō-ji shrine (50 minutes away). Haneda Airport is around a half-hour drive, depending on traffic, or about 45 minutes by public transportation. Narita Airport is a bit over an hour's drive or around an hour-and-a-half via public transit.

Rooms are clean and contemporary, but decor differs as there are a variety of categories (including smoking and non-smoking). Standard Rooms are simple in style and look a bit dated, with carpeted floors, wooden beds topped with white bedding, simple wooden desks, gray accent walls, and floral curtains framing the windows. They're small, but standard for Tokyo and should provide enough space for solo travelers. Women-only single rooms on a women-only floor are available. 

Superior and Premier Rooms are sleeker in style, with a more sophisticated look. Cream and gray hues are paired with dark wood details and furniture. They're still small, but they have sitting areas with chairs and tables. Higher floor rooms have good views over surrounding rooftops.

Art Box Rooms get a bit more fun with decor and are a draw for art and design lovers. Four artists were commissioned to create art for these rooms, which range from Manga (illustrations comics) scenes covering the walls to an intricate cityscape adorning another. The eye-catching artwork is paired with some wooden wall panelling and furniture for a chic retro look. These rooms come with postcard souvenirs of the artists' work.

Green Box Rooms add lovely greenery, plants hanging from ring-shaped lamps and sprouting from pretty terrariums, that pops against soft neutral hues and blond-wood furniture. These spaces have a sense of calm about them.

Standard amenities across the board include flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, mini-fridges, individual heating/AC, air purifiers, trouser presses, and free Wi-Fi. Alarm clocks are built into the wooden headboards, as are lamps and night lights. Pajamas emblazoned with the hotel's name are supplied. Bathrooms are small but clean, and equipped with shower/tub combos and electronic toilets. There's not much storage space on the small sink vanity, but toiletries and hairdryers are supplied.

The hotel has limited features, but the handful it does offer are convenient. The restaurant, Public House, serves Western fare, including pizza, pasta, and salads, as well as a variety of drinks like beer, wine, and cocktails. Breakfast is served here in the mornings and included in all rates. It comprises a buffet of Japanese and Western fare. Free coffee and tea in the lobby is a welcome touch, and there's a business corner here as well with computers and a printer. Other amenities include coin-operated laundry facilities, vending machines selling various drinks, and a microwave for guest use. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
