Inside Look at the Seattle Seahawks’ Superbowl Hotel

Thanks to an amazing comeback against the Packers, the Seattle Seahawks will take on the New England Patriots in Superbowl XLIX on Sunday, February 1. The championship game will go down at the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, Arizona, so each team must head south to prepare at nearby facilities. Though we're excited for the actual game and of course the halftime performance from Katy Perry featuring Lenny Kravitz, as hotel experts, we were particularly thrilled to learn where the two conference champions will be staying. The New England Patriots will shack up at the Sheraton Wild Horse Resort & Spa, while the Seahawks will be lodging at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix. Here's an inside look at the Seahawks' digs...

The rooms here are decorated in a bright, almost beach-y style, with bamboo and rattan furniture, striped fabrics, and both blonde and white woods. Some are showing their age, with minor wear and tear, but we bet the Seahawks will be staying in the various suites, which are decidedly more luxe.

Each room includes a separate bedroom and living room, a flat-screen TV with premium channels and a video game console, and a small balcony. Suites have gorgeous bathrooms with separate tubs and glass-enclosed showers.

Although fit for a football team, the Arizona Grand Resort is a family-friendly haven. It has one of the biggest water parks in the country, which spans seven acres; there you’ll find an eight-story water slide, wave pool, and lazy river tubing. There’s also an adult pool.

The Seattle Seahawks will be practicing at Arizona State, but if they wanted to lift weights without leaving the property, the fitness center is open 24 hours a day. Various cardio and strength training machines are available, as well as free weights.

There are six dining spots at the resort, including the Caribbean-themed Lobby Bar. Aunt Chilada’s Tempe serves Mexican food for lunch and dinner and Rustler’s Rooste is a western steakhouse serving American fare for dinner.

The Lobby Grill serves tasty dishes like huevos rancheros for breakfast and wood-fired pizza for dinner. The Oasis Bar & Grill is located poolside at the Oasis Water Park and serves sandwiches, ice cream, and burgers.
