It has a relaxed atmosphere, with a few guests gathering on the roof throughout the day, where the panoramic city views, cocktails, and glass-bottom pool make a fine escape from Bangkok's madness. The hotel is located in the vibrant Asoke area of central Bangkok, on a corner of Soi Sukhumvit. The road is relatively busy during the day, but mostly quiet at night. There are plenty of trendy bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and there's a 7-11 right next door. It's conveniently located for tourists, with Asoke Station and the Terminal 21 shopping mall just a five-minute walk away. The nightlife of Soi Cowboy is a five-minute walk from the hotel, while MBK Shopping Mall and Siam Square are around 15 to 20 minutes away by public transport. The location is convenient for business travelers too, with the Exchange Tower right next door. Pratunam Market and Lumpini Park are roughly 20 minutes away by public transport, while Khaosan Road and Suvarnabhumi International Airport are around an hour's drive from the hotel, depending on traffic. 

The Hotel Clover Asoke has 95 boutique-style rooms decorated in a fresh, contemporary style. There are essentially only two room types, but each floor has slightly different decor. Clover Rooms are decorated with furnishings from the legendary Jim Thompson house, and have a higher price tag. There's also a ladies-only floor, adding quirky furnishings and luxury female-centric amenities. Most guests report a quiet night's sleep, with minimal road noise from outside. 

All rooms are spacious and bright, offering nice views over central Bangkok, but none have balconies. They're immaculately clean, with white walls, comfortable loungers, sleek desks, and big double beds topped with colorful patterned pillows. Standard amenities include flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning, Segafredo coffeemakers, tea-making facilities, safes, and free Wi-Fi. Free welcome non-alcoholic minibars with snacks and cold beverages are a thoughtful extra touch. Bathrooms are modern, but a tad small, with Corian countertops, glass-enclosed showers, hairdryers, and free hotel-branded toiletries.

The hotel also has a unique Retreat Room, offering guests a quiet space to relax in if they have an early or late arrival.
