This contemporary hotel has beautiful, modern spaces and quality amenities that receive consistent praise from guests. There is nothing nearby, so it is a quiet place with spectacular natural views, but it is a drive to get anywhere else on the island -- except the gorgeous Golden Beach just down the road. It is ideally suited to couples looking for a place to unwind and escape, but families also enjoy the kids’ facilities and nearby beach. 

Poseidon of Paros occupies a tiny peninsula on the southeastern coast of Paros, one of the Cycladic Greek islands. The immediate area is undeveloped, but there are a few restaurants and bars near the beach, a four- to 10-minute walk away. There’s a public bus stop a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but guests will find the island easier to explore with a car. An annex building down the road houses more guest rooms and matches the look of the main buildings. It is closer to the beach, but a three-minute walk to other hotel facilities. 

The nearest village, Drios -- a quiet town with little to do -- is a five-minute drive from the hotel. Those interested in hiking can take the 10-minute drive to Marpissa and climb Kefalos Hill to see castle ruins and end with a stunning view. The capital city of Paros is a 30-minute drive away and offers historic sites, museums, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Paros National Airport is a 30-minute drive from the hotel, and the main port for the island in the city of Paros is a 35-minute drive away.
