With only 38 rooms, Buddha-Bar has a romantic, intimate vibe -- but comes with all the trappings for a romantic stay; there's a delicious on-site restaurant as well as a spa. Plus, massive rooms, decorated with fresh orchids, come with deep soaking tubs and separate showers, and some room rates include free massages and champagne.

Not quite the five-pearl hotel that Buddha-Bar is, Hotel Le Palais is nonetheless a gorgeous luxury property in Prague that's well-suited to couples. Guests can take their pick of either the classically decorated rooms, or the few more modern, stylish rooms -- which pay an ode to the emphasis on art (it boasts an impressive collection). Well located for business travelers, Corinthia Hotel Prague has a bit of a business vibe. This large resort, with 539 rooms that feature simple, masculine decor, still can be a top choice for romance, though. Many rooms also have large windows with nice views.

Golden Well provides a peaceful, romantic stay. A high-end pick with plenty of Art Nouveau flair, the Grand Hotel Bohemia is conveniently located in the heart of Prague's Old Town. Though the lobby feels a bit dated and some lower-category rooms are cramped, higher-level rooms have great views of the city, and bathrooms come stocked with cozy robes and slippers.
