Celestine Hotel is located in a modern mid-rise building with a gray facade and lots of windows that give it a corporate feel, which is appropriate as many guests stay here on business trips. The lobby is on the ground floor and has polished marble floors, tall ceilings, large windows, and a wooden front desk. There's a cluster of soft, dark-brown seating, behind which sits the ground-floor cafe, where tables and red chairs are lined up against a wall of windows facing street traffic outside. One of the highlights here is the attractive lounge that's located on the 14th floor. It's a contemporary, living room-like space with wooden floors, elegant drapes on French doors, and beige-cushioned seating finished off with bright orange pillows. Additionally, a stone courtyard with trees, wooden tables, and chairs offers a pleasant spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the open air. While mostly business guests stay here, families, solo travelers, and couples also pass through the hotel.

Celestine Hotel is located in a convenient spot for seeing the city’s attractions. It’s less than a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Tower, the second-tallest structure in Japan offering two observation desks with panoramic views of the city. Both the World Trade Center and Zojoji Temple are also within a 15-minute walk of the hotel. Three railway stations are nearby, but the closest is Shibakoen Station, which provides access to the Toei Mita and Toei Oedo lines and is a five-minute walk from the hotel. From there, connections throughout the city are simple enough, and trips to Ginza should take around 30 minutes with a bit of walking. Takeshiba and Hinode Stations are a little further from the hotel, about 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. Haneda Airport is a 30-minute ride on public transportation, while Narita International Airport is around an hour-and-15-minute trip. The hotel also offers limousine transfers to the airports for a fee. 

There is a variety of rooms available at the hotel, though most are small (though by Tokyo standards, the 204 square feet -- or 19 square meters - can seem downright generous). Guests looking for more space may want to consider paying more for the Deluxe Corner rooms which offer 484 square feet (45 square meters) and impressive city views. Decor is modern and minimal, including walls and curtains in muted tones, with royal blue or red throw pillows and bed runners providing the only pops of color. Furniture includes matching dark wood headboards and desks, and all rooms have brown carpets. Standard features include minibars, free Wi-Fi, safes, iPod dock stereos, coffee/tea facilities, and 37-inch TVs with VOD access (for a fee). Bathrooms have shower/tub combos and generous amenity kits including toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, and hair ties. Despite the hotel's central location, rooms are quiet.
