This mid-range resort in Tre Fontane, Sicily, is geared toward (mostly Italian) families and couples looking to enjoy the pool and beach. The long, sandy red- and white-sand beach is under a 10-minute walk away, and there are two pools (one for the kiddies) on the premises. The expansive property has pretty North African design and plenty of spots to relax. Rooms are a bit basic, with tile floors and unexceptional bedding, but they're big and clean; most have balconies. The location is within a half-hour drive of the Selinunte Archaeological Area, as well as several southwestern Sicilian towns, including Castelvetrano.
