The city's best known landmark, the beautiful medieval Grand Place square, is also just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Entry-level Classic Rooms can feel a bit cramped, with only 215 square feet of floor space. Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites include large lounge areas and separate bathtubs and showers in the bathrooms. The most luxurious suites are located on the top floor: the Warwick Suite offers scenic views over the Grand Place; the 1,076-square-foot Royal Suite has a dining room and private bar, a separate dressing area in the bedroom, a whirlpool bathtub, and a sauna; while the Grand Place Suite is advertised as “the premier suite in all of Belgium,” with 2,691 square feet of floor space, a private elevator, 24-hour butler service (charged extra), a whirlpool bathtub, two separate toilets, four flat-screen TVs, and a large rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Grand Place.

Despite this grandeur, past guests have complained that some of the guest rooms are shabby, revealing many signs of wear and tear like worn carpets, furniture in need of repair, bed covers with burnt cigarette holes, dripping taps, and malfunctioning lamps and appliances. Also, there are many complaints of poor soundproofing between rooms, and street-facing rooms are subject to noise from the all-night nightclub located across the street.

Warwick Brussels offers many features and extra services expected of a five-pearl hotel, though it lacks a swimming pool or spa. A hot and cold breakfast buffet is available for a pricey extra fee, including American-style favorites as well as Arabic halal dishes. Chutney's restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and serves Belgian specialties, while the Waterloo piano bar serves drinks, Belgian beer, and cocktails in the evenings. The on-site fitness center is open throughout the day and is well-equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, step-machines, free weights, and a universal weights station. There's also a sauna with separate sections for men and women. Guests can make use of the business center that's open 24-hours, plus free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Meetings and events can be held in the hotel's 15 meeting rooms, making up a total of 8,008 square feet of space that can accommodate up to 250 people. A valet parking service is available for an extra fee.
