The 64-room Quality Inn Daytona Speedway is a step above its fellow budget hotels. The main draw for guests here is Daytona International Speedway, which is right across the road. Rooms are a great value: spacious and spotlessly clean, with smart decor, air-conditioning, and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi is free, as is an excellent hot breakfast, and there are a range of chain restaurants and convenience stores in the area as well. 

Hampton Inn Daytona Beach/Beachfront is a 92-room budget hotel, offering stunning views and coveted beach access. Rooms are fresh and modern with flat-screen TVs, kitchen appliances, and balconies -- some with ocean views. Although the hotel has no on-site restaurant or room service, it is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and within close proximity to several nearby restaurants and attractions. Perks include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, plus free breakfast and parking.

The 111-room Bluegreen Daytona Seabreeze is a mid-range hotel (also a time-share property) located on Daytona Beach. This hotel has unobstructed sea views from a heated pool, a hot tub, a kids' pool, and a barbecue picnic area. Modern one- and two-bedroom suites all have oceanfront balconies, flat-screen TVs, and kitchens or kitchenettes. There are also a clean gym, a market, a business corner, and laundry rooms on-site. However, there isn’t a restaurant or bar -- many guests here self-cater and restaurants are within walking distance. 

The 99-room Nautilus Inn is a well-kept value hotel on Daytona Beach. Its oceanfront yard contains a heated pool and hot tub, and its casual casual dining room serves free breakfast. Rooms have full kitchens, sitting areas (some with sofa beds), and balconies -- many facing the ocean. The hotel offers a free daily cocktail hour, bingo, movie nights, and shopping excursions, mostly geared to older guests.  

The 195-room Holiday Inn Resort Daytona Beach Oceanfront is a great value for families, as kids can eat for free at its on-site restaurant. Other freebies include Wi-Fi and parking, while a kids' splash pool and game room are some of the additional family-friendly features. Rooms are equipped with mini-fridges and microwaves, and Suites have either full kitchens or kitchenettes.
