Les offres au marché de fermiers de samedi à l' immeuble de ferry de San Francisco ont juste obtenu beaucoup plus doux.

Le stand Arlequin , dirigé par Luis Villavelazquez, chef pâtissier exécutif du restaurant Absinthe à San Francisco, sera désormais un rendez-vous régulier sur ce marché du samedi, à quelques pas du Hyatt Regency San Francisco , à partir du 1er mai.

Le stand, déjà installé sur le petit marché des fermiers du jeudi, proposera des cupcakes maltés à la crème de banane et au glaçage Oreo. des scones infusés aux fraises et au tabac avec de la crème fraîche; Biscuits à la rampe épicée et au provolone; et des biscuits aux noix de macadamia au chocolat au lait.

Vous trouverez le stand Arlequin à côté du stand extérieur de Blue Bottle Coffee , de 8 h à 14 h tous les jeudis et samedis.

Si vous aimez les libations gourmandes, ne manquez pas les «Baies, agrumes et rhubarbe», un cours de cocktails amusant au Ferry Building, de 17 h 30 à 19 h 30 le 7 mai.

Le maître mixologue Scott Beattie animera un cours pratique pour vous apprendre à préparer des margaritas aux fraises fraîches, des mai-mai classiques et des vrilles, et le maître-distillateur Lance Winters, de St. George Spirits à Alameda, parlera de micro-distillation . Il Cane Rosso du Ferry Building servira des cocktails conviviaux. Si cela ne suffit pas, les participants partiront avec un livre de recettes en main.

Le cours aura lieu sous l'Arcade Nord du Ferry Building. Les billets sont 45 $.
