This is a lovely clay-colored three-story villa complex, which butts up against the Bagadag Mountains. Decor throughout is modern and primarily in neutral tones, with color largely coming from outdoor spaces. There are paved pathways meandering around the resort with plenty of green space, trees, and bougainvillea draping from balconies. Families come here for the children's pool, playground, and kids' club that keep the little ones entertained. Adults, too, will find plenty to entertain themselves, with the adult-only quiet pool, nearby bar, and nightly entertainment. The atmosphere, on the whole, is fun and relaxing, especially with the abundance of nature and the ability to watch the paragliders overhead sailing down onto the nearby beach. 

Suncity is close to the center of Oludeniz, with its main strip of restaurants, bars, and retail shops all within a five-minute walk. The main public beach, too, is a five-minute walk away. Blue Lagoon is a 20-minute walk or the hotel offers a shuttle to their nearby private stretch of beach with free loungers. The village of Hisaronu also has restaurants, bars, spas, and souvenir shops, and is about 15 minutes away by car. Fethiye is a nearby town with cultural attractions and a weekly market, roughly a 35-minute drive. Dalaman Airport is roughly 90 minutes away by car; the hotel can provide transportation for a fee. 

Contemporary rooms have a neutral-tone color scheme, as seen in the wood furniture with white-leather tufted headboards, white walls, and white or beige bedding and drapes. This gives the rooms a bright and airy feel. Floors are either terra-cotta tile or wood. All have furnished balconies or patios with two plastic chairs, though some are a bit tight on space. Standard amenities include flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges (with a bottle or two of water), and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Closets contain safes, but they require a fee. 

Most have modern bathrooms (though some have older blue tiling) that are equipped with showers or shower/tub combos, a range of toiletries, and wall-mounted hairdryers. Family Rooms have a large double bed with a nearby bunk bed or twin bed, and a sofa. Two-bedroom Family Rooms are also available. In addition to the above, Suncity rents three-bedroom villas with private pools. 

Suncity has four pools to appeal to its range of guests. The large main pool is a figure-eight shape and has an adjacent kiddy pool; both are surrounded by plenty of cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas. Additionally, the Babadag mountains provide a stunning backdrop. Also outdoors is the L-shaped Oasis Pool, which is for adults over the age of 16 and has views of the paragliders overhead. Close at hand is the pool bar. Lastly, there is an indoor pool available, but it lacks lounge chairs. Though not along the beach, the hotel offers a free shuttle to a private stretch of beach with loungers near the Blue Lagoon.

The all-inclusive rates including buffet-style meals at the open-air main restaurant. For an extra fee, guests can also eat at the a la carte Italian eatery. A snack bar serves the pool area with snacks, Turkish pancakes, and ice cream. In addition, the lobby offers high tea accompanied by cakes and cookies. Several bars are spread amongst the property, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Ample kid-friendly features include a kids' club, outdoor playground, and basketball and tennis courts. A small fitness center is in a room with panoramic windows, two treadmills, a bicycle, and some weight benches. The spa is large and modern, showcasing colored lighting tracing the outline of the ceiling. A lovely Turkish bath, sauna, and massage rooms are all available. Hair and nail salon services are also available. 

Daily activities and nightly entertainment also keep adults and children alike occupied. There is a convenient mini-market and photography service. Wi-Fi is free but only available around the public spaces.
