Situated a bit outside of the loud core of Osaka, this hotel's quiet neighborhood is a major plus for many of the guests who choose to stay here over more central properties. The hotel is close to good public transport links for getting around Osaka and beyond. It's only a minute's walk to Osaka-Uehonmachi Train Station, and a five-minute walk to Tanimachi Kyuchome Subway Station. The popular Namba District is around 15-minutes away by train. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, from Japanese and Chinese options to Italian and other international cuisines. There is also a shopping mall, Uehonmachi YUFURA, just a three-minute walk away, which has a range of stores including well-known designers such as Chanel and Christian Dior. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk of Osaka Shinkabukiza Theater and Shitennoji Temple. Osaka-Itami International Airport is an hour away by public transport or around 20-minutes by car.

They are also light and bright with fresh, modern color schemes in shades of cream, beige, or gray. Most rooms have light blond wood furniture in a sleek, minimalist style, and stylish cream leather work chairs. All the rooms are equipped with a desk, fridge, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, trouser press, air purifier and air-conditioning, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Generous charging panels include USB ports. Ladies-only rooms are also available which have the addition of a foot massager. Bathrooms are a good size too and have shower/tub combos, toiletries, and hairdryers. Robes and slippers come standard as well.
