The lobby area is long and narrow, with terra-cotta floors and exposed ancient stone walls and arches, furnished with a red sofa and green armchairs. The ground-floor public spaces can be dark, as there are few windows. An adjoining building next to the main building has a spiral staircase but no elevator, which might pose a challenge for guests with limited mobility. Within walking distance of many of Rome's major attractions, this hotel is popular with leisure travelers, especially couples.

The furniture has an attractive oak finish and is topped with marble, while elegant architectural prints decorate the walls. Basic bathrooms in blue-and-white tile are clean and have shower/tub combos, bidets, hairdryers, and toiletries. All rooms are air-conditioned and include minibars, flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, and free Wi-Fi, although some guests have complained about the connection. Guests have also complained about the air-conditioning not being cool enough.
