The 74-room Sleep Inn West is a budget hotel conveniently located off I-40 in a busy area full of fast food restaurants and other chain hotels. It's within a short drive of Asheville's major attractions. Rooms are fresh and modern, especially for a budget option, and the free breakfast buffet, free parking, and free Wi-Fi add value to a stay here. Families who want a pool may want to look into the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Asheville Downtown Tunnel Road. Its rates are a little higher, but its indoor pool is open year-round.
