Central Park Apartments is a simple hotel that caters to budget travelers who are in town to party and want to save money on their hotel rooms. The lobby is bright and airy, with a fun blue feature wall behind the reception desk. Potted plants and a modern seating area help to brighten the space. There's a common room next to the lobby which houses a TV, computers, vending machines, and wicker chairs. The large rooftop swimming pool and bar is the most appealing area at the hotel thanks to views of the San Antonio Harbor. The poolside bar and loud music bring a lively atmosphere, which isn't really suited to families or travelers looking for tranquility. Safety in the hotel is ensured via a security guard at the entrance, who checks all guests before they enter, and doesn't allow visitors. 

Central Park Apartments is centrally located right next to San Antonio's main roundabout, with its famous egg landmark. The hotel is surrounded by tourist boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food joints, bars, and nightclubs. It's a two-minute walk to San Antonio Beach and the San Antonio Harbor from where several boat excursions launch. Eden and Es Paradis, two of the islands' buzzing nightclubs, are also a two-minute walk away. The party areas of the San Antonio Strip and West End are a five-minute walk from the hotel, with more restaurants, bars, and nightclubs at hand. It's a five-minute walk to the closest bus station, and guests also make use of plentiful local cabs. Ibiza Town and the airport are each a 20-minute drive away.

The 109 apartments here are basic setups that offer a place to sleep, relax, and prepare a meal. Tiled floors, plain white walls, and IKEA-like furniture are dressed up with framed nautical artwork and striped curtains. All apartments are furnished with two single beds and include flat-screen TVs, desks, safes, and lounge areas. Kitchenettes come with microwaves, mini-fridges, and electric burners. Glassware, cutlery, plates, and pans are provided, but rooms lack electric kettles and air-conditioning. The units' little private balconies, furnished with plastic table-and-chair sets, either overlook other apartments, San Antonio Beach, or the nearby Eden and Es Paradis nightclubs. As expected in a hotel with this location, rooms can pick up a fair amount of noise, particularly in the early hours of the morning. En-suite bathrooms feature floor-to-ceiling white and brown tiles, shower/tub combos, and soap dispensers attached to the wall. 

Central Park Apartments is most commonly used as a place to crash between club visits, but there are a few facilities on the grounds to entertain the party-loving guests. The large rooftop swimming pool is a popular spot to relax (as much as is possible with the loud music playing), and it has beautiful views of the harbor. There's enough sun loungers for guests, but limited umbrellas. The rooftop area also includes outdoor showers and a poolside bar. Cooked breakfasts are available from the bar at mid-morning, along with drinks and light snacks throughout the day. On the downside, breakfast isn't included in rates, and the pool and bar shut down in the early evening. There's a common room with seating, a flat-screen TV, two computers, air-conditioning, and vending machines that sell snacks and coffee. The reception staff is available 24 hours, and includes a tour desk and car rental service. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.
