This hotel's business focus is evident as soon as guests enter the large, expansive lobby. It's a modern and sleek space, and somewhat sterile, rather than cozy and warm. Expect to see lots of coming and going throughout the day. A business center with computers for guests to use sits beside the reception desk. The center is wide-open space, with a couple of brown upholstered benches on the sides by the escalator where guests can perch. It's not really a place for hanging out. With extras like a market and other shops on-site, the vibe is almost a bit mall-like, though it fits the bill for travelers who will be out and about most of the day. Although its primary focus is on business guests, the hotel also draws couples, families, individuals, and groups who appreciate its proximity to public transportation and reasonable rates. 

This hotel is located outside the immediate city center, but close to the metro and Gyeongui Railway station, which are directly linked to the hotel. A bus station is also within a short walk. In the immediate vicinity are an on-site supermarket and pharmacy, a few restaurants, and a bakery. Guests can reach the financial and business district Yeouido and Seoul Station in about 10 minutes by car. Seoul's major universities -- Yeonsei University, Seogang University, Ewha Woman’s University, and Hongik University -- can all be reached in 30 minutes or less by metro. Gyeongbokgung Palace can be reached in 20 minutes by metro, and it's about 10 minutes longer to popular Myeongdong, a major shopping area. Incheon International Airport is about 50 minutes away by car, or a little over an hour by public transportation. Gimpo Airport is about a half-hour away by car or public transportation.  

Rooms are modern and attractive, if altogether plain, with a focus on meeting the needs of business travelers. The color scheme comes in shades of beige and brown, and furniture and lighting are contemporary, but chain-like and simple. Big windows provide lots of natural light during the day, and some rooms have nice views of the city. Amenities include flat-screen TVs, kettles for tea and coffee, air-conditioning, mini-fridges, desks, and free Wi-Fi. Safes are big enough for laptops. Bathrooms feature glass sinks and countertops, large tiled shower/tub combos, hairdryers, and toiletries. Robes and slippers are provided. Suites have separate living areas with sofa beds and bathrooms with marble countertops and separate tubs and showers. Previous guests rave about the hand-held and rainfall showerheads.

This hotel is well-equipped to meet the needs of business travelers. The restaurant and bar, Naru, serves buffets for all meals, and separate rooms can be used for private meetings and events. It's a sophisticated space with leather chairs and wooden tables. The breakfast buffet consists of hot and cold items for a fee. 

The rectangular indoor pool is suitable for swimming laps, and windows along one wall provide good natural light during the day. Lounge chairs are provided for guests who'd like to relax poolside or watch their kids in the pool. A couple of potted plants add a nice touch in front of the windows, and a mural of a sea scene on the opposite wall adds color and interest. Water and towels are provided. The spacious fitness center has cardio and weight-training machines, as well as free weights. Guests can look out large windows for views of the city as they work out. 

A business center in the lobby provides computers and printers for guests to use, and meeting rooms can accommodate up to 20 people. A coin-operated laundry room is open around-the-clock, and a Lotte supermarket is located in the same building as the hotel. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
