BED Phrasingh (Adults Only) opened in 2015 and has a fresh, modern design. Those heading farther afield can get around by taxi, tuk-tuk, or by one of the hotel's free rented bikes. Budget around 10 minutes to reach either the night market or trendy Nimmanhaemin Road by car. Chiang Mai International Airport is also about a 10-minute drive away, depending on traffic.

Like the rest of the hotel, all 29 rooms have a modern, minimalist design. They're identically decorated with dark tiled floors, white walls, and crisp white bedding. Each room has a small work desk with a modern curved chair, plus a metal rail with hangers for clothes. Sliding glass doors open out onto small furnished balconies, some with lovely views of the gardens below. Standard in-room amenities include air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, phones, safes, free Wi-Fi, and minibars with free sodas and bottled water -- but there are no electric kettles. Small white-tiled bathrooms are more like wet rooms, equipped with showers, pump toiletries, hairdryers, and free amenities like shower caps and toothbrushes. Although the hotel has a quiet location, some guests have reported poor soundproofing and audible noise from other guests.
