There's little in the way of staff and the lobby area is bare-bones, with a makeshift front desk, but the facilities are kept clean. The building is attached to neighboring residences, row-house style, and thus the sounds and smells of daily life sometimes waft into the hotel.

The Aparthotel is located on a residential street in South London, a five-minute walk from the Tooting Broadway tube station and 10 minutes from the Tooting Overground station. There are a bunch of shops, fast food restaurants, and cafes in the immediate area, and central London can be accessed via a 20-minute tube journey on the Northern Line.

Rooms vary from simple spaces with access to shared bathrooms and a kitchen, to self-contained apartments with full kitchens. Decor is fresh and simple with wooden floors and contemporary wardrobes, desks, and dressers. Standard amenities include flat-screen TVs with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. Interior noise insulation could be better and some rooms are on the small side.
